Vicky is currently working on a project named "Bloodscapes", which examines the clinical and social aspects of HIV documenting the clinical procedures associated with diagnosis. During her residency in Evagelismos hospital in Athens she instigates dialogue, discussing knowledge and experience with scientists, microbiologists and doctors alongside having access to material from the laboratories and the Infectious Diseases Unit. Alongside this examination of the clinical culture surrounding HIV she will be interviewing a sample of people diagnosed HIV+ regarding their understanding of the condition. The outcome of these processes will be to create open dialogue between those diagnosed and health professionals.
